b, Why is my payment under manual review?
Some customers may experience that their payment is placed under manual review before it can be completed successfully. Please be patient and wait a few hours up to 24 hours for the result.
During this process, there is no need to make another payment, otherwise you may be charged twice.
c, Insufficient funds
Please make sure there is a small extra amount on your card beyond the product price to cover possible fees.

You have reached your card’s online purchase limit. Contact your bank to increase the authorized amount.
